1. For non-emergency needs such as how-to questions and scheduling an on-site visit, the best way to contact us is via the contact form on this web site. This form is monitored during normal business hours and you will get a reply within 24 hours.
2. For more urgent issues during regular business hours you can call our main number at (937) 398-0286 and select the option for technical support. Selecting this option will connect you with one of our engineers to help triage your issue. If all of our engineers are busy or on other calls, you will be prompted to leave a message and one of our Microsoft Certified engineers will call you back as soon as someone becomes available.
3. For emergencies such as a server down or network outage, either during business hours, or after hours, you can call our main number at (937) 398-0286 and select the EMERGENCY SUPPORT option. This will ring directly to an emergency line in our main office. If no one is available your call will be routed to ALL on-call support technicians until your call is answered. If no technicians are available, you will be prompted to leave a message detailing the issue and ALL technicians and engineers will be paged and your call will be returned within 4 hours.
